The Aspire Sydney lounge (The House) is located in Terminal 1 and you must be an international traveller to access the lounge.
After clearing security, follow signs toward gate 50-63 then as you near them, follow signs for gate 51. The Aspire Sydney airport lounge (The House) is adjacent to Gate 50.

Yes, you can. But you must bring a few things with you to gain access.
If you’ve reserved a place at our Aspire Sydney International Airport Lounge (The House) and you are currently a Dragonpass Holder, Priority Pass Holder or some other bank cardholder scheme, you will be asked to present your card in addition to your confirmation upon arrival at the airport lounge.
Anyone who fails to provide a valid lounge access card will, unfortunately, be denied entry to the Aspire Sydney International lounge.
If you have reserved for more than one person, but do not have enough credits on your card for this on the day, you will be asked to pay the walk-up price at the lounge or you will be denied entry.
Please note, you must still reserve your place in our Aspire Airport Lounges as a Dragonpass Holder, Priority Pass Holder or a similar Airport lounge bank card scheme due to each lounge having a mandated person capacity.

Aspire Lounge teams are serious about good food and great service. Our Aspire Sydney airport lounge team work hard to create a varied menu of hot dishes, using carefully sourced ingredients, so Aspire travellers find something to suit their taste each time they visit us.
Guests can also choose our premium dining upgrade to our three course a`la carte menu with tableside service, adding an extra touch of refinement to their Aspire lounge experience.
We serve a range of international beers and wines, along with a full selection of non-alcoholic drinks and juices. We run a tendered bar and a specialist in-house barista for making specialty coffee and hot drinks. Our tea is one of Australia’s favourite ‘cuppas’, Dilmah tea, and we use a specially prepared Italian style coffee blend, Café de Fonte for our milk based coffee drinks.
Aspire Sydney International Airport Lounge (The House) employs staff that comply with New South Wales (NSW), ‘Responsible Service of Alcohol’ regulations (RSA). This means drinking behaviour is closely monitored and intoxicated guests can be asked to leave the premises, refused additional alcoholic drinks or warned by staff about their behaviour.
Please always report allergies or special dietary requirements to an Aspire Lounge Team member for advice or assistance.
We do cater for vegetarian and gluten-free guests but please note we do not specifically cater for kosher, dairy-free or halal dining requirements.
Please note that some of our food items are only available at selected times of the day and alcohol will not be served to under 18s. On occasion you may be asked politely for your proof of age in order to comply with licencing laws.

We prioritise keeping our Aspire lounge locations close to airport boarding gates for our travellers convenience. It makes the whole process of boarding your flight easier, and stress free so you can spend more time enjoying the superb amenities in our Aspire Sydney airport lounge.
We are directly adjacent to the start of all departure gates – less than a minute to the first gate and less than 8 minutes’ walk to the farthest gate.

We welcome all travellers and specifically design our Aspire Lounges to accommodate the needs of all types of travellers too.
In our Aspire Sydney International lounge you will find a space designed to be calming, comfortable and relaxing, with a range of different dining seating options to suit both individuals and small groups.
There are excellent facilities for charging devices and getting work done or simply enjoying superb views of aircraft and airport operations. The most popular seats in The House are those by the window overlooking aircraft at the airbridge, they really are close enough to wave to the pilots as they prepare for departure.
It doesn’t matter which airline you fly with or whether it is economy or first class, you are welcome in our Sydney International Airport Lounge. You will need a valid boarding pass and simply agree to our terms and conditions of entry, then start relaxing.

Our aim is to create a relaxing and stress free environment for our Aspire Sydney International guests to enjoy before flying. Consequently, we do not make tannoy flight announcements in our airport lounges.
We do provide all the necessary boarding and flight information on our flight information screens located around our Aspire Sydney lounge or you can choose to track your flight information via our Aspire ‘in-lounge’ digital platform.
If in doubt, always ask an Aspire lounge team member for help or advice, and do remember to always leave enough time to get to your boarding gate from the Aspire Sydney International Lounge.

The Aspire Sydney International Airport Lounge does accept children but they must be accompanied by a guest with a legitimate lounge reservation.

Yes, there are showers in both the Men’s and Women’s restrooms.
Each shower is fully valeted after use and all bathrooms sundries like shampoo and body wash are provided.
Please note the following terms and conditions for using the shower service:
- Airline guests and 3 hour direct and trade guests are entitled to showers
- Cardholders and 1/2 hour bookings are charged $20 for shower usage
- You must ask staff to request a booking and meet the stated T&Cs
