Booking
-
Prices for booking lounge access can vary, depending on which specific lounge you would like to book. You can get a quote for the lounge you would like to book by selecting the lounge, date and time and number of guests on the booking banner on this website.
-
If you’ve booked with us direct, you can amend or cancel your booking for free*. If you’ve booked via a third party, you will need to check their cancellation policy.
*Please refer to terms and conditions for eligibility.
-
Book the lounge which is in the terminal and airport you are departing from. For security reasons, you cannot use a lounge which is in a different terminal to the one which your flight departs from.
Please be aware, some lounges located after passport control are not suitable for passengers on domestic flights unless stated otherwise.
Please study the lounge details for any specific restrictions, for example, the lounges in Amsterdam have restricted access for passengers flying to Schengen and non-Schengen destinations. If you are still unsure which lounge to book, contact our customer service team.
-
When making your booking, input your flight date and time and the site will automatically populate your lounge booking time. Please note, most lounges have a stay duration time of 3 hours, but some lounges may vary. Please refer to the 'duration' info tab on the lounge information page to understand the maximum amount of time you can stay in the lounge.
-
If the specific time you want is listed as unavailable or you are presented with the message that there are not enough tickets available, this simply means we have reached capacity and unfortunately are unable to accommodate you.
-
If you experience any problems, please contact our customer service team on [email protected]
-
If you are travelling as a group (more than 5), we want to make sure you can be accommodated comfortably. That's why we need a little bit of information from you so we can check availability. You will need to email our customer service team to arrange your booking.
If you make individual bookings, you and your guests may be refused access. Please note that we do not accept Hen or Stag parties in the lounge.
-
We highly recommend that you pre-book, as it’s cheaper and guarantees you a place in the lounge. You can pay on entry at any Aspire Executive Lounge, however the price may be higher than the pre-booking price and is also subject to availability.
-
If you find a cheaper quote to book one of our lounges elsewhere, you can send a screenshot or link of the price to [email protected] then call us on +44 (0) 161 694 7220 quoting your ticket ID number and we'll then look into a price match for you.
-
If you have booked direct via our website, you may be entitled to free cancellations and amends on your bookings. Please refer to terms and conditions for eligibility.
-
If you made your booking through a third-party provider and need assistance, you will have to reach out to them to discuss your booking. Aspire Lounges will not have any access to your booking, or payment details.
