We've partnered with a wide range of cardholder membership programs, airlines, and online retailers to enable seamless lounge access for our guests.

While cardholder membership schemes grant access to our lounges, entry is subject to availability on the day of your visit. Our lounges in many locations are often very busy, so walk-in availability is very limited. To guarantee your lounge place, we recommend contacting your card provider, as pre-booking is available through them in many cases.

We also work closely with a number of esteemed airline partners, listed below. To confirm if you're eligible for complimentary access to an Aspire Executive Lounge, please get in touch with your airline directly.

Airport Lounge Entry Methods

We accept eligible Diners Club account holders at our Aspire Lounges in the UK and in many other locations in Europe.

No pre-booking available. Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to pre-book lounge access with a Diners Club card.

We accept Dragonpass cards or members at most* Aspire Lounges.

We accept eligible guests of Dragonpass through the Dragonpass Card scheme as well as DragonPass vouchers, which can be obtained through certain online retailers. If you have any questions relating to your membership, from how many credits you have left, through to which lounges are included in the scheme, please contact DragonPass

Entry with your Dragonpass is always subject to availability on the day of your visit. We highly recommend you pre-book to guarantee your lounge place. Pre-booking can only be carried out directly with Dragonpass.

We accept DreamFolks membership cards at selected Aspire Lounges.

All memberships differ, and therefore, for specific enquiries such as how many guests you can take into the lounge, through to the cost of entry, please get in touch with DreamFolks directly on [email protected]

We accept Institute of Directors (IoD) members at several of our Aspire Lounges.

IoD members can enjoy 20% discount off the standard walk-up price for themselves and any accompanying guests.

To gain the discount, simply show your IoD membership card and boarding pass.

No pre-booking available. Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to pre-book lounge access with an IoD card. Entry is subject to availability on the day.

We accept Institute of Directors (IoD) Ireland members at selected Aspire Lounges.

IoD Ireland members can enjoy complimentary access to a select number of lounges.

To gain the discount, simply show either your physical or digital IoD membership card and your boarding pass.

We accept eligible guests of Lounge Key; however, charges may vary depending on your account level. If you have any questions relating to charges, please contact Lounge Key directly.

We accept Priority Pass cards at most* Aspire Lounges.

All Priority Pass memberships differ; therefore, for specific enquiries such as how many guests you can take into the lounge or the cost of entry, please get in touch with Priority Pass directly.

Entry with your Priority Pass is always subject to availability on the day of your visit. We highly recommend you pre-book to guarantee your lounge place. Pre-booking can only be carried out directly with Priority Pass.

Frequent Flyer Scheme Lounge Access

We work with the Miles & More scheme via the various airlines that we partner with.

The scheme is part of the Star Alliance network and if you are travelling on a partner airline and we work with that airline, you will be welcome to enter. There is no option to pre-book.

We work extensively with the One World alliance at many locations throughout the world via One World affiliated airlines.

If you are travelling on a One World airline and have a One World affiliated card, you may be able to gain access to one of our lounges. Please click here for a list of lounges that you are welcome to enter using your One World credentials or contact your airline / One World.

Guests must be travelling on a partner airline in order to gain access using your One World credentials.

Most of our lounges in the UK and Europe accept guests travelling on SkyTeam affiliated airlines.

Access to our lounges using a SkyTeam affiliated card is dependant on the airline you are travelling on as well as the tier level displayed on your card. Please click here for more information about which lounges accept SkyTeam guests or contact your airline for the most up to date information.

Currently, there is no option to pre-book access to our lounges via the SkyTeam Frequent Flyer scheme.

Note: Lufthansa Group have suspended access to our lounges to Star Alliance Gold, Miles&More and First and Business Class guests.

We work extensively with airlines that are part of the Star Alliance and you may be eligible for entry to one of our lounges if you are in possession of a Start Alliance affiliated card.

Certain restrictions apply, such as the airline you are travelling on or the tier level of your frequent flyer card, so we would advise you to check your eligibility with Star Alliance by clicking here or directly with your airline.
