Directions to Our Aspire Lounge (Temporary Location)
Our Aspire Lounge at Melbourne Airport (MEL) is located in Terminal 2 (International), after Security, on Level 1, within the lounge complex. After clearing Immigration and Customs, please follow the signs for “Lounges” and make your way to Level 1. From there, follow the signage to the Aspire Lounge.
Open to all travellers, our lounge offers stunning runway views, complimentary food and drinks, high-speed WiFi, and charging stations. Enjoy an extensive bar menu featuring award-winning Australian sparkling wines, craft beers, and premium spirits, along with globally inspired dining made from local ingredients. Showers are also available - simply speak to a member of staff for more details.

Flight Information Screens
This lounge has flight information screens, so you can stay updated on the progress of your flight.
The lounge is situated after security in Terminal 2 – it is only accessible to passengers travelling on international flights. After passing through security, follow signs for airport lounges towards gate 10, the lounge is located on the second floor.
Yes, you definitely can. But you must bring a few things with you to gain access.
If you’ve reserved a place at our lounge using a Dragonpass, Priority Pass or Bank cardholder scheme, you will be asked to present your card in addition to your confirmation upon arrival at the airport lounge.
Anyone who fails to provide a valid lounge access card will, unfortunately, be denied entry to the lounge.
If you have reserved for more than one person, but do not have enough credits on your card for this on the day, you will be asked to pay the walk-up price at the lounge or you will be denied entry.
Please note, you must still reserve your place in the Airport Lounge as a Dragonpass Holder, Priority Pass Holder or a similar airport lounge bank card scheme due to each lounge having a mandated person capacity.
Drinks and snacks are provided completely free of charge. We do ask that you enjoy the food and drink within the lounge and don't take it out.
Some items are only available at selected times of the day. Champagne, Prosecco, cocktails and premium food offerings are available for an additional charge. Alcohol is not available to anyone under the age of 18.
Please note whilst alcohol is available to enjoy in our lounges, we do operate a Fit2Fly policy, which our lounge team may remind guests of if they believe the levels of consumption may pose a threat to your travel plans.

The lounge does cater for vegetarian and gluten-free but please note we do not specifically cater for kosher, dairy-free or halal dining requirements.

We welcome all travellers no matter which airline, whether you are travelling economy or first class, and have a valid boarding pass. By entering our lounge, guests agree to our terms and conditions of entry.
Standard stay time in our lounges is 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of your flight. If your flight is delayed, and you have booked directly with us, you can remain in the lounge through our Guaranteed Delay Cover, until your flight is ready to board.
To maintain a calm and peaceful ambience in our lounges, we don’t make flight announcements. Please make sure that you keep an eye on the flight information screens or via our in-lounge digital platform and leave enough time to get from the lounge to the gate.
This lounge has access to in-lounge toilets and baby changing facilities for your comfort and ease.
This lounge accepts children, but we do ask that they be accompanied by an adult at all times.
The lounge has a relaxed 'Smart-Casual' dress code as they appreciate that all their customers want to travel in comfortable clothing.
This means they do allow items that are not typically associated with smart casual wear. You can travel comfortably in clothing such as: Smart shorts (Chino Shorts / Cargo Shorts), Sandals, Smart Trainers, Non-Sport Fashion Tracksuits, Hooded Tops, Smart T-Shirts, Jeans etc.
They don’t allow clothing such as (but not limited to); Vest tops for men, Football / Rugby Team Shirts, Clothing with offensive slogans, baseball caps, tour shirts, fancy dress or onesies.
Guests are kindly requested to adhere to the lounge dress code by ensuring they are dressed appropriately at all times.
