If you’ve reserved a place at this lounge using a cardholder scheme, you will be asked to present your card in addition to your confirmation upon arrival at the lounge. Anyone who fails to provide a valid card will be denied entry to the lounge. If you have reserved for more than one person, but do not have enough credits on your card for this on the day, you will be asked to pay the walk-up price at the lounge or you will be denied entry.

Drinks and snacks are complimentary for guests who have purchased access to our Sky Lounge View, with the option to purchase additional food and drinks for our Sky Lounge Cafe or Sky Bar. Sky Lounge Cafe guests can choose to purchase a set menu or individual drinks and snacks from our all-day cafe menu. We ask that all guests enjoy the food and drink within the lounge and don't take it out. Please note whilst alcohol is available to enjoy in our lounges (for those 18+), we do operate a Fit2Fly policy, which our lounge team may remind guests of if they believe the levels of consumption may pose a threat to your travel plans.

Standard stay time in our lounges is 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of your flight. If your flight is delayed, and you have booked directly with us, you can remain in the lounge through our Guaranteed Delay Cover, until your flight is ready to board.

To maintain a calm and peaceful ambience in our lounges, we don’t make flight announcements. Please make sure that you keep an eye on the flight information screens or via our in-lounge digital platform and leave enough time to get from the lounge to the gate.
