Our Luxe by Aspire team works hard to create menus that reflect the seasons, so Aspire travellers can enjoy something interesting and engaging each time they visit.
You will enjoy complimentary sparkling wine and premium alcoholic drinks, including delicious, fresh roasted coffee.
Aspire lounges operates a Fit2Fly policy which means we may remind you about alcohol consumption and your compliance required to safely board your flight.

We do provide all the necessary boarding and flight information on our flight information screens located around the Birmingham Luxe by Aspire lounge, or you can choose to track your flight information via our Aspire ‘in-lounge’ digital platform.
If in doubt, always ask an Aspire lounge team member for help or advice and do remember to always leave enough time to get to your boarding gate from our Luxe by Aspire at Birmingham Airport lounge.

Behaviour and Handling:
- Assistance animals are trained to sit or lie quietly on the floor next to their owner
- They should not wander alone or jump up on furniture or other guests
- Colleagues and other guests should not pet, feed, or distract a working service animal
Important Distinctions:
- While many airlines permit 'pets' in the cabin, pets are NOT medical aids
- Pets should always be housed in an appropriate carrier and do not have the same rights as assistance animals
- No extra charge is applied for allowing an assistance animal to enter with a guest
Note: If a service animal is out of control, aggressive, or not properly house-trained, colleagues can ask the handler to remove it from the premises.
