You’ll find a wide choice of seriously comfortable seating for both working and relaxing, from individual lounge seats, private booths for small groups and isolated phone booths for complete privacy.
There are quiet areas spread throughout the Aspire Transborder Lounge, including our popular sleep pods, boasting individual TVs and charging facilities and our tranquil ‘living room’ area, which features an impressive Rocky Mountain mural connecting the lounge to the beautiful Alberta landscape outside.

You must clear US Security and Immigration Control. Please note, US Security and Immigration Services use a ‘preclearance’ procedure to reduce waiting time.
After clearing US Security, enter the main Calgary Transborder Departures Hall.
Proceed through Duty Free and the Calgary Aspire Transborder Lounge is on the left hand side, immediately after exiting Duty Free.

Yes, you definitely can. But you must bring a few things with you to gain access.
If you’ve reserved a place at our Aspire Calgary Transborder Airport Lounge and you are currently a Dragonpass Holder, Priority Pass Holder or some other recognised bank cardholder scheme, you will be asked to present your card in addition to your confirmation upon arrival at the airport lounge.
Anyone who fails to provide a valid lounge access card will, unfortunately, be denied entry to the Aspire Calgary Transborder Lounge.
If you have reserved for more than one person, but do not have enough credits on your card for this on the day, you will be asked to pay the walk-up price at the lounge or you will be denied entry.
Please note, you must still reserve your place in our Aspire Airport Lounges as a Dragonpass Holder, Priority Pass Holder or a similar recognised Airport lounge bank card scheme due to each lounge having a mandated person capacity.

This means Aspire guests enjoy high quality hot and cold dishes that change with the seasons, offering a variety that works well whatever time of year you visit our Aspire Transborder Calgary Lounge. We complement our regional food experience by serving locally brewed artisan beer from Calgary’s renowned Village Brewery.
A range of complimentary soft drinks, juices and non-alcoholic beverages are also available.
Aspire Airport Lounges does operate a Fit2Fly policy which means we may remind you about alcohol consumption and your compliance required to safely board your flight.
If you can’t find or identify something gluten free or you have a dietary restriction preventing you from selecting a meal or food option, please ask a member of our Calgary Transborder Aspire Lounge team and we will try our best to accommodate your requirements.

Our priority is to locate our Aspire airport lounges close to airline boarding gates to optimise convenience and time for Aspire travellers.
It makes the whole process of boarding your flight easier and stress free, so you can spend more time enjoying the amenities in our Aspire Lounge.
The Aspire Transborder Lounge is situated in Concourse E of the Calgary Airport Transborder Terminal.
Gates E10-E12 – usually 1-2 minutes walking
Gates E13-E18 – usually 3-5 minutes walking
Gates E19-E24– usually 6-8 minutes walking.
Gates E25-E28 – usually 8-10 minutes walking
It is always important to take into account how busy the airport terminal is as congestion can cause increased waiting times for lifts and access to boarding gates. This means time to gate from the Aspire Transborder Lounge at Calgary Airport will vary.

We do provide all the necessary boarding and flight information on our flight information screens located around our Calgary Aspire Lounge, or you can choose to track your flight information via our Aspire ‘in-lounge’ digital platform.
