Yes, you can. But you must bring a few things with you to gain access.
If you’ve reserved a place at our Inverness City Aspire Executive Lounge using a Dragonpass, Priority Pass or Bank cardholder scheme, you will be asked to present your card in addition to your confirmation upon arrival at the airport lounge.
Anyone who fails to provide a valid lounge access card will, unfortunately, be denied access to the lounge.
If you have reserved for more than one person, but do not have enough credits on your card for this on the day, you will be asked to pay the walk-up price at the lounge or you will be denied entry.
If you book directly through Aspire Executive Airport Lounges instead, you will automatically receive our Guaranteed Delay Cover included with your booking.
Please note, you must still reserve your place in our Aspire Airport Lounges as a Priority Pass Holder or using a similar Airport Lounge card scheme due to each lounge having a mandated person capacity.

We offer all travellers in our lounge a range of carefully selected complimentary light bites, hot soups and snacks. Our Food & Beverage team work closely with our food and drink partners to provide travellers with quality products and, when available, our Aspire Inverness Lounge will offer regional and seasonal produce for our guests to enjoy. A range of complimentary soft drinks, juices and alcoholic beverages are also available. Aspire Airport Lounges does operate a Fit2Fly policy which means we may remind you about alcohol consumption and your compliance required to safely board your flight.
Champagne and prosecco and in specific locations premium food offerings are also available for an additional charge – please check with our Inverness airport lounge team for more information.

We have limited vegetarian and gluten-free but please note we do not specifically cater for kosher, dairy-free or halal dining requirements.
Please note that some of our food items are only available at selected times of the day and alcohol will not be served to under 18s. On occasion you may be asked politely for your proof of age in order to comply with licencing laws.

Not only are we close to the boarding gates but we are the only airport lounge in Inverness City Airport close to the gates. This means your preflight time is stress free with us and you spend more time relaxing and enjoying the amenities of our Inverness Lounge.

In our Inverness lounge you will find a space designed to be calming, comfortable and relaxing, with a range of different dining seating, individual armchairs and plenty of phone charging points to keep your hardware topped up and ready to go.
It doesn’t matter which airline you fly with or whether it is economy or first class, you are welcome in our Inverness Aspire Airport Lounge. You will need a valid boarding pass and simply agree to our terms and conditions of entry then start relaxing.

Our standard ‘stay time’ in an Aspire Lounge is 3 hours duration prior to the scheduled departure time of your flight.

Our aim is to create a relaxing and stress free environment for our Inverness Executive Airport Lounge guests to enjoy before flying. Consequently, we do not make tannoy flight announcements in our airport lounges.
We do provide all the necessary boarding and flight information on our flight information screens located around our Inverness lounge or you can choose to track your flight information via our Aspire ‘in-lounge’ digital platform.
If in doubt, always ask an Aspire Lounge team member for help or advice and do remember to always leave enough time to get to your boarding gate from the Inverness Aspire Lounge.

Yes, we allow guide dogs for the blind, hearing dogs for the deaf, medical alert dogs, and emotional support & therapy animals
Behaviour and Handling:
- Assistance animals are trained to sit or lie quietly on the floor next to their owner
- They should not wander alone or jump up on furniture or other guests
- Colleagues and other guests should not pet, feed, or distract a working service animal
Important Distinctions:
- While many airlines permit 'pets' in the cabin, pets are NOT medical aids
- Pets should always be housed in an appropriate carrier and do not have the same rights as assistance animals
- No extra charge is applied for allowing an assistance animal to enter with a guest
Note: If a service animal is out of control, aggressive, or not properly house-trained, colleagues can ask the handler to remove it from the premises.
