After security follow signs to Gate A1-23. Follow signs for 'Club Aspire Lounge'. The lounge is adjacent to Gate 18 on the left hand side.

No, due to security restrictions you can only use this lounge if you are departing from Terminal 5. There is also a lounge in Terminal 3 for flights departing from there. Unfortunately we do not have lounges in T1, T2 or T4.
Also please be advised that the Club Aspire Lounge is located within Terminal 5A. They ask guests with flights departing from Terminal 5B and 5C to allow sufficient transit time between T5A and T5B & T5C.

All travellers can choose from the range of carefully selected complimentary breakfast, brunch and luncheon light bites and snacks. A range of complimentary soft drinks, juices and alcoholic beverages are also available. You may be reminded about alcohol consumption and your compliance requirements to safely board your flight.
Please always report allergies or special dietary requirements to a Lounge Team member for advice or assistance.
Please note that some of the food items are only available at selected times of the day and alcohol will not be served to under 18s. On occasion you may be asked politely for your proof of age in order to comply with licencing laws.

Welcoming all travellers and specifically designed to accommodate the needs of all types of travellers too. In the lounge you will find a space designed to be calming, comfortable and relaxing, including private meeting booths if you do need a preflight meeting too.
It doesn’t matter which airline you fly with or whether it is economy or first class, you are welcome in the Airport Lounge. You will need a valid boarding pass and simply agree to the terms and conditions of entry then start relaxing.

This airport lounge does accept children so long as they are accompanied by a guest with a legitimate reservation. Always check with the lounge team if you need help or more information.

The London Heathrow Club Aspire Lounge has a relaxed 'Smart-Casual' dress code as they appreciate that all their customers want to travel in comfortable clothing.
This means they do allow items that are not typically associated with smart casual wear. You can travel comfortably in clothing such as: Smart shorts (Chino Shorts / Cargo Shorts), Sandals, Smart Trainers, Non-Sport Fashion Tracksuits, Hooded Tops, Smart T-Shirts, Jeans etc.
They don’t allow clothing such as (but not limited to); Vest tops for men, Football / Rugby Team Shirts, Clothing with offensive slogans, baseball caps, tour shirts, fancy dress or onesies.
Guests are kindly requested to adhere to the London Heathrow Club Aspire Lounge dress code by ensuring they are dressed appropriately at all times.
