Directions
After clearing Security, keep following the signs for 'Premium Lounges'. You then take the stairs, lift or escalator up to Duty Free and pass straight through into the Main Departures Lounge area. Looking straight ahead, you will see signs posted above you directing you to turn right for the Aspire Lounge.
Keep following the ‘Aspire Lounge’ signs and go through a pier entrance and down a level to the Aspire Manchester T2 Lounge.

Yes, you definitely can. But you must bring a few things with you to gain access.
If you’ve reserved a place at our Aspire Manchester T2 Airport lounge using a Dragonpass, Priority Pass or Bank cardholder scheme, you will be asked to present your card in addition to your confirmation upon arrival at the airport lounge.
Anyone who fails to provide a valid lounge access card will, unfortunately, be denied entry to the lounge.
If you have reserved for more than one person, but do not have enough credits on your card for this on the day, you will be asked to pay the walk-up price at the lounge or you will be denied entry.
Please note, you must still reserve your place in our Aspire Airport Lounges as a Dragonpass, Priority Pass Holder or a similar Airport Lounge bank card scheme due to each lounge having a mandated person capacity.

Our Aspire Airport lounges have a relaxed 'Smart-Casual' dress code as we appreciate that all our customers want to travel in comfortable clothing.

All travellers can choose from our carefully selected complimentary hot meals, light bites and snacks. Our lounge team strive to offer guests a variety of meal choices which we rotate seasonally so that regular Manchester lounge guests get something different throughout the year.
At Aspire T2 we serve complimentary wine and spirits and popular beers and if you aren’t drinking alcohol, then you will find a wide range of juices and soft drinks to enjoy too.
Aspire Airport Lounges operate a Fit2Fly policy which means we may remind you about alcohol consumption and your compliance required to safely board your flight.
Please always report allergies or special dietary requirements to an Aspire Lounge Team member for advice or assistance.
We do cater for vegetarian and gluten-free but please note we do not specifically cater for kosher, dairy-free or halal dining requirements.
Please note that some of our food items are only available at selected times of the day and alcohol will not be served to Under 18s. On occasion you may be asked politely for your proof of age in order to comply with local licencing laws.

We are in close proximity to departure boarding gates, however, Manchester airport is generally a very busy place. Consequently, you should always take into account congestion moving through the airport and, potentially, delays queuing for lifts during busy periods.
For most popular airline departure gates, plan at least 10 minutes in case there is congestion or you are navigating your way around for the first time at T2.
We want your stay with us to be as relaxing and stress free as possible. If you are unsure of where you are in relation to the boarding gates then please ask one of the Manchester Aspire Lounge team members to help you.

Yes, we allow guide dogs for the blind, hearing dogs for the deaf, medical alert dogs, and emotional support & therapy animals
Behaviour and Handling:
- Assistance animals are trained to sit or lie quietly on the floor next to their owner
- They should not wander alone or jump up on furniture or other guests
- Colleagues and other guests should not pet, feed, or distract a working service animal
Important Distinctions:
- While many airlines permit 'pets' in the cabin, pets are NOT medical aids
- Pets should always be housed in an appropriate carrier and do not have the same rights as assistance animals
- No extra charge is applied for allowing an assistance animal to enter with a guest
Note: If a service animal is out of control, aggressive, or not properly house-trained, colleagues can ask the handler to remove it from the premises.

We welcome all travellers and specifically design our Aspire Lounges to accommodate the needs of all types of travellers too. In our Aspire Manchester Lounge you will find a space designed to be calming, comfortable and relaxing, including individual work space options with side table charging if you need to work preflight too.
It doesn’t matter which airline you fly with or whether it is economy or first class, you are welcome in our Manchester T2 Airport Lounge. You will need a valid boarding pass and simply agree to our terms and conditions of entry, then start relaxing.

Our standard ‘stay time’ in an Aspire Airport Lounge is 3 hours duration prior to the scheduled departure time of your flight.
Take advantage of booking directly with us and you will automatically receive Aspire’s Guaranteed Delay Cover. This ensures you stay comfortable and stress free in our airport lounge without any additional charges until your flight is ready to board.

Our aim is to create a relaxing and stress free environment for our Aspire lounge guests to enjoy before flying. Consequently, we do not make tannoy flight announcements in our airport lounges.
We do provide all the necessary boarding and flight information on our flight information screens located around our Manchester Aspire lounge or you can choose to track your flight information via our Aspire ‘in-lounge’ digital platform.
If in doubt, always ask an Aspire Lounge team member for help or advice and do remember to always leave enough time to get to your boarding gate from the lounge.

Our Manchester T2 lounge does accept children into the lounge so long as they are accompanied by a guest with a legitimate reservation.

The Aspire T2 Lounge does not have in-lounge toilets but they are very close to the front of desk entry to the lounge. Ask an Aspire Lounge team member if you are uncertain about their location.
