Yes, you can. But you must bring a few things with you to gain access.
If you’ve reserved a place at our Birmingham Aspire Airport Lounge and you are currently a Dragonpass Holder, Priority Pass Holder or some other bank cardholder scheme, you will be asked to present your card in addition to your confirmation upon arrival at the airport lounge.
Anyone who fails to provide a valid lounge access card will, unfortunately, be denied entry to the lounge.
If you have reserved for more than one person, but do not have enough credits on your card for this on the day, you will be asked to pay the walk-up price at the lounge or you will be denied entry.
Please note, you must still reserve your place in our Aspire Airport Lounges as a Dragonpass Holder, Priority Pass Holder or a similar Airport lounge bank card scheme due to each lounge having a mandated person capacity.

All travellers can choose from our range of carefully selected complimentary hot meals, light bites and snacks. We have worked closely with our food and drink partners to provide guests with a menu that offers seasonal variety and freshness in our Aspire Birmingham Lounge.
A range of complimentary soft drinks, juices and alcoholic beverages are also available. You may be reminded about alcohol consumption and your compliance requirements to safely board your flight.
Champagne, prosecco, cocktails and in specific locations premium food offerings are also available for an additional charge – please check with our Birmingham lounge team for more information.

We do cater for vegetarian and gluten-free guests but please note we do not specifically cater for kosher, dairy-free or halal dining requirements.
Please note that some of our food items are only available at selected times of the day and alcohol will not be served to under 18s. On occasion you may be asked, politely, for your proof of age in order to comply with licencing laws.

Our regular travellers love the convenience of our location to the boarding gates. It makes the whole process of boarding your flight less stressful and much easier and you can spend more time enjoying the amenities in our airport lounge.
This lounge is closest to gates 1, 2 and 3, but all gates are easily accessible from our Birmingham Aspire Lounge.
We want your stay with us to be as relaxing and stress free as possible. If you are unsure of where you are in relation to the boarding gates then please ask one of the Aspire Lounge team members to help you.

Yes. We believe all travellers deserve a good meal, good food and a seriously comfortable seat.
We welcome all travellers and specifically design our Aspire Lounges to accommodate the needs of all types of travellers too. In our Birmingham Lounge you will find a space designed to be relaxing and very comfortable to ensure you have peace and quiet before you fly.
It doesn’t matter which airline you fly with or whether it is economy or first class, you are welcome in our Birmingham Aspire Lounge. You will need a valid boarding pass and simply agree to our terms and conditions of entry then start relaxing.

Our standard ‘stay time’ in an Aspire Lounge is 3 hours duration prior to the scheduled departure time of your flight.

Our aim is to create a relaxing and stress free environment for our Birmingham lounge guests to enjoy before flying. Consequently, we do not make tannoy flight announcements in our airport lounges.
We do provide all the necessary boarding and flight information on our flight information screens located around our Birmingham lounge or you can choose to track your flight information via our Aspire ‘in-lounge’ digital platform.
If in doubt, always ask an Aspire Lounge team member for help or advice and do remember to always leave enough time to get to your boarding gate from the Birmingham Aspire Lounge.

Yes, we allow guide dogs for the blind, hearing dogs for the deaf, medical alert dogs, and emotional support & therapy animals
Behaviour and Handling:
- Assistance animals are trained to sit or lie quietly on the floor next to their owner
- They should not wander alone or jump up on furniture or other guests
- Colleagues and other guests should not pet, feed, or distract a working service animal
Important Distinctions:
- While many airlines permit 'pets' in the cabin, pets are NOT medical aids
- Pets should always be housed in an appropriate carrier and do not have the same rights as assistance animals
- No extra charge is applied for allowing an assistance animal to enter with a guest
Note: If a service animal is out of control, aggressive, or not properly house-trained, colleagues can ask the handler to remove it from the premises.
