You arrive directly at the lounge via an exclusive elevator for our Aspire Copenhagen Lounge guests and will be greeted at reception by one of our Aspire Lounge hosts.
Travellers will enjoy complimentary drinks at our elegant, signature central bar and appreciate our carefully curated selection of hot and cold food in our beautifully designed pantry area. We offer USB-C and charging facilities throughout the lounge along with state of the art soundproof work booths, for those important pre-flight video conferences.

After Security pass through the Duty Free into the main departures area. Turn right and proceed towards Gate A. Before arriving at Gate A the lounge is located on the right-hand side.

Yes, you definitely can. But you must bring a few things with you to gain access.
If you’ve reserved a place at our Copenhagen Aspire Airport Lounge and you are currently a Dragonpass Holder, Priority Pass Holder or some other bank cardholder scheme, you will be asked to present your card in addition to your confirmation upon arrival at the airport lounge.
Anyone who fails to provide a valid lounge access card will, unfortunately, be denied entry to the lounge.
If you have reserved for more than one person, but do not have enough credits on your card for this on the day, you will be asked to pay the walk-up price at the lounge or you will be denied entry.
Please note, you must still reserve your place in our Aspire Airport Lounges as a Dragonpass Holder, Priority Pass Holder or a similar Airport lounge bank card scheme due to each lounge having a mandated person capacity.

Our Copenhagen lounge team work hard to offer travellers a refined and interesting food and drink experience. We have a carefully selected menu of hot and nourishing meals daily, which are designed to reflect the seasonal changes in Denmark, ensuring our guests can enjoy variety throughout the year.
Of course, we serve fresh Danish pastries and go a step further for travellers that love their coffee by using a fresh, locally roasted coffee.
We have fabulous central island bar with our own mixologist tendering and creating drinks for travellers too.
A range of complimentary soft drinks, juices and alcoholic beverages are also available. Aspire Airport Lounges does operate a Fit2Fly policy which means we may remind you about alcohol consumption and your compliance required to safely board your flight.
Please always report allergies or special dietary requirements to an Aspire Lounge host for advice or assistance.
We do cater for vegetarian and gluten-free guests but please note we do not specifically cater for kosher, dairy-free or halal dining requirements.
Please note that some of our food items are only available at selected times of the day and alcohol will not be served to under 18s. On occasion you may be asked politely for your proof of age in order to comply with licencing laws.

Our lounge has spacious seating arrangements to suit the different needs of all our guests and we have used fabrics and materials to ensure that every seat is seriously comfortable and seriously functional.
Our aim is to create a space for you that is always comfortable, with a calm and relaxing ambiance, no matter what you need to do.
It doesn’t matter which airline you fly with or whether it is economy or first class, you are welcome in our Copenhagen Aspire Airport Lounge. You will need a valid boarding pass and simply agree to our terms and conditions of entry then start relaxing.

Our Copenhagen lounge has a purpose built, self-contained and ventilated smoking room in the centre of the Aspire lounge.

Our standard ‘stay time’ in an Aspire Lounge is 3 hours duration prior to the scheduled departure time of your flight.
Take advantage of booking directly with us and you will automatically receive Aspire’s Guaranteed Delay Cover. This ensures you stay comfortable and stress free in our Copenhagen airport lounge without any additional charges until your flight is ready to board.

Our aim is to create a relaxing and stress free environment for our Copenhagen Executive Airport Lounge guests to enjoy before flying. Consequently, we do not make tannoy flight announcements in our airport lounges.
We do provide all the necessary boarding and flight information on our flight information screens located around our Copenhagen lounge or you can choose to track your flight information via our Aspire ‘in-lounge’ digital platform.
If in doubt, always ask an Aspire Copenhagen Lounge team host for help or advice and do remember to always leave enough time to get to your boarding gate from the Copenhagen Aspire Lounge.
