Yes, you definitely can. But you must bring a few things with you to gain access.
If you’ve reserved a place at our Liverpool Aspire Airport Lounge and you are currently a Dragonpass Holder, Priority Pass Holder or some other bank cardholder scheme, you will be asked to present your card in addition to your confirmation upon arrival at the airport lounge.
Anyone who fails to provide a valid lounge access card will, unfortunately, be denied entry to the lounge.
If you have reserved for more than one person, but do not have enough credits on your card for this on the day, you will be asked to pay the walk-up price at the lounge or you will be denied entry.
Please note, you must still reserve your place in our Aspire Airport Lounges as a Dragonpass Holder, Priority Pass Holder or a similar Airport lounge bank card scheme due to each lounge having a mandated person capacity.

We offer all travellers in our lounge a range of carefully curated complimentary hot meals, light bites and snacks. Our Food & Beverage team work with our food and drink partners to bring a higher quality and more refined experience to our Luxe Lounges. If you want to elevate your experience further, we have in-lounge premium upgrade options too, including upgrading to our `a la Carte menu for something really special.
A range of complimentary soft drinks, juices and alcoholic beverages are also available. Aspire Airport Lounges does operate a Fit2Fly policy which means we may remind you about alcohol consumption and your compliance required to safely board your flight.

We do cater for vegetarian and gluten-free guests but please note we do not specifically cater for kosher, dairy-free or halal dining requirements.
Please note that some of our food items are only available at selected times of the day and alcohol will not be served to under 18s. On occasion you may be asked politely for your proof of age in order to comply with licencing laws.

Luxe Liverpool is an ideal lounge for all travellers journeying without children or needing to be productive before you fly.
It doesn’t matter which airline you fly with or whether it is economy or first class, you are welcome in our Liverpool Aspire Airport Lounge. You will need a valid boarding pass and simply agree to our terms and conditions of entry then start relaxing.

Our aim is to create a relaxing and stress free environment for our Liverpool Luxe Airport Lounge guests to enjoy before flying. Consequently, we do not make tannoy flight announcements in our airport lounges.
We do provide all the necessary boarding and flight information on our flight information screens located around our Liverpool Luxe lounge or you can choose to track your flight information via our Aspire ‘in-lounge’ digital platform.

Yes, we allow guide dogs for the blind, hearing dogs for the deaf, medical alert dogs, and emotional support & therapy animals
Behaviour and Handling:
- Assistance animals are trained to sit or lie quietly on the floor next to their owner
- They should not wander alone or jump up on furniture or other guests
- Colleagues and other guests should not pet, feed, or distract a working service animal
Important Distinctions:
- While many airlines permit 'pets' in the cabin, pets are NOT medical aids
- Pets should always be housed in an appropriate carrier and do not have the same rights as assistance animals
- No extra charge is applied for allowing an assistance animal to enter with a guest
Note: If a service animal is out of control, aggressive, or not properly house-trained, colleagues can ask the handler to remove it from the premises.
