We Are Less Than 5 mins From All Gates
After Security, pass through the Duty Free Shop into the airport Main Departures area. Continue towards Tap & Brew bar and then turn right. Take the stairs down and proceed to the lower level concourse, heading to the boarding gates. The Newcastle Aspire Lounge is a short walk straight ahead and located on the right-hand side.
All gates are easily accessible from our Newcastle Aspire Lounge, Gates 3 and 7 are in close proximity, as well as being close to Gates 19/20.

Yes, you can. But you must bring a few things with you to gain access.
If you’ve reserved a place at our Newcastle Aspire Executive Lounge and you are currently a Dragonpass Holder, Priority Pass Holder or some other bank cardholder scheme, you will be asked to present your card in addition to your confirmation upon arrival at the airport lounge.
Anyone who fails to provide a valid lounge access card will, unfortunately, be denied access to the lounge.
If you have reserved for more than one person, but do not have enough credits on your card for this on the day, you will be asked to pay the walk-up price at the lounge or you will be denied entry.
If you book directly through Aspire Executive Airport Lounges instead, you will receive our Guaranteed Delay Cover included with your booking.
Please note, you must still reserve your place in our Aspire Airport Lounges as a Priority Pass Holder or using a similar Airport Lounge card scheme due to each lounge having a mandated person capacity.

We offer all travellers in our lounge a range of carefully curated complimentary hot meals, light bites and snacks. Our Food & Beverage team work with our partners constantly to provide travellers with high quality, seasonal food and drink options. Please check our sample menu under the Aspire Food & Drink section.
A range of complimentary soft drinks, juices and alcoholic beverages are also available. Aspire Airport Lounges does operate a Fit2Fly policy which means we may remind you about alcohol consumption and your compliance required to safely board your flight.
Please always report allergies or special dietary requirements to an Aspire Lounge Team member for advice or assistance.
We do cater for vegetarian and gluten-free but please note we do not specifically cater for kosher, dairy-free or halal dining requirements.
Please note that some of our food items are only available at selected times of the day and alcohol will not be served to under 18s. On occasion you may be asked politely for your proof of age in order to comply with licencing laws.

Our priority is to locate our Aspire airport lounges close to airline boarding gates to optimise convenience and time for our travellers. It makes the whole process of boarding your flight easier and stress free so you can spend more time enjoying the amenities in our Classic Newcastle Lounge.

We welcome all travellers and specifically design our Aspire Lounges to accommodate the needs of all types of travellers too. In our Newcastle Classic Lounge you will find a comfortable and flexible space designed to be calming with a range of different dining seating, individual armchairs and quiet zones for reading or working before you fly.
It doesn’t matter which airline you fly with or whether it is economy or first class, you are welcome in our Newcastle Aspire Airport Lounge. You will need a valid boarding pass and simply agree to our terms and conditions of entry then start relaxing.

Our standard ‘stay time’ in an Aspire Lounge is 3 hours duration prior to the scheduled departure time of your flight.
Take advantage of booking directly with us and you will automatically receive Aspire’s Guaranteed Delay Cover. This ensures you stay comfortable and stress free in our airport lounge without any additional charges until your flight is ready to board.

Our aim is to create a relaxing and stress free environment for our Newcastle Classic Airport Lounge guests to enjoy before flying. Consequently, we do not make tannoy flight announcements in our airport lounges.
We do provide all the necessary boarding and flight information on our flight information screens located around our Newcastle lounge or you can choose to track your flight information via our Aspire ‘in-lounge’ digital platform.
If in doubt, always ask an Aspire Lounge team member for help or advice and do remember to always leave enough time to get to your boarding gate from the Newcastle Aspire Lounge.

The Newcastle Classic Aspire Airport Lounge does accept children but they must be accompanied by a guest with a legitimate lounge reservation.
We have catered for travellers with infants and babies with a dedicated baby changing facility to ensure your privacy, comfort and ease of access. Always check with our Newcastle lounge team if you need help or more information once you are in the Aspire lounge.

Yes our Newcastle Classic lounge has exclusive in-lounge toilets for Aspire guests only. We have also catered for those travellers with babies and infants by providing baby changing facilities for your comfort and ease. If you need any further information about the baby changing facilities before booking, please don’t hesitate to contact our Newcastle Airport lounge team ahead of time.

Yes, we allow guide dogs for the blind, hearing dogs for the deaf, medical alert dogs, and emotional support & therapy animals
Behaviour and Handling:
- Assistance animals are trained to sit or lie quietly on the floor next to their owner
- They should not wander alone or jump up on furniture or other guests
- Colleagues and other guests should not pet, feed, or distract a working service animal
Important Distinctions:
- While many airlines permit 'pets' in the cabin, pets are NOT medical aids
- Pets should always be housed in an appropriate carrier and do not have the same rights as assistance animals
- No extra charge is applied for allowing an assistance animal to enter with a guest
Note: If a service animal is out of control, aggressive, or not properly house-trained, colleagues can ask the handler to remove it from the premises.
