Our airport lounge teams are serious about good food. Our Aspire Luxe Lounges are designed to deliver a premium experience with a thoughtfully curated selection of refined food, soft drinks and premium alcoholic beverages providing all travellers with a true variety of dining options.

Directions
After Security, pass through Duty Free into the airport main departures. Continue towards Tap & Brew bar and turn right. Take the stairs or lift down and proceed to the lower level concourse, heading to the boarding gates. The Newcastle Aspire Luxe Lounge is a short walk straight ahead and located on the right-hand-side. Enter the Aspire lounge reception and turn left for Luxe travellers.
Our Newcastle Luxe Lounge is in close proximity to Gate 3 and 7 typically used for BA flights as well as being close to Gates 19/20 typically used by Air France and KLM flights at Newcastle Airport.

Yes, you can. But you must bring a few things with you to gain access.
If you’ve reserved a place at our Newcastle Aspire Executive Lounge using a Dragonpass, Priority Pass or Bank cardholder scheme, you will be asked to present your card in addition to your confirmation upon arrival at the airport lounge.
Anyone who fails to provide a valid lounge access card will, unfortunately, be denied access to the lounge.
If you have reserved for more than one person, but do not have enough credits on your card for this on the day, you will be asked to pay the walk-up price at the lounge.
If you book directly through Aspire Executive Airport Lounges instead, you will receive our Guaranteed Delay Cover included with your booking.
Please note, you must still reserve your place in our Aspire Airport Lounges as a Priority Pass Holder or using a similar Airport Lounge card scheme due to each lounge having a mandated person capacity.

We offer all travellers in our lounge a range of carefully curated complimentary hot meals, light bites and snacks. Our Food & Beverage team work with our food and drink partners to bring a higher quality and more refined experience to our Luxe Lounges.
Our Newcastle Luxe Lounge will provide you with a served buffet and you can make your own drinks when you want to, without queuing at the bar. If you want to elevate your experience further, we have in-lounge premium upgrade options too, including upgrading to our `a la Carte menu for something really special.
A range of complimentary soft drinks, juices and alcoholic beverages are also available. Aspire Airport Lounges does operate a Fit2Fly policy which means we may remind you about alcohol consumption and your compliance required to safely board your flight.

We do cater for vegetarian and gluten-free but please note we do not specifically cater for kosher, dairy-free or halal dining requirements.

Behaviour and Handling:
- Assistance animals are trained to sit or lie quietly on the floor next to their owner
- They should not wander alone or jump up on furniture or other guests
- Colleagues and other guests should not pet, feed, or distract a working service animal
Important Distinctions:
- While many airlines permit 'pets' in the cabin, pets are NOT medical aids
- Pets should always be housed in an appropriate carrier and do not have the same rights as assistance animals
- No extra charge is applied for allowing an assistance animal to enter with a guest
