Our Aspire Ottawa lounge teams take good food and great service seriously. Our Aspire Ottawa team change menus seasonally to create variety and ensure travellers can enjoy something different on return visits. We have nourishing hot meals from our self-serve buffet and a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from the self-serve bar.
Best of all, our kitchen bakes fresh every day, serving delightful Danish pastries, flaky French croissants and our delicious signature oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies.

We Are Less Than 6 Minutes From Most Gates
Once you have passed through security, turn left and follow the signs leading to gate 20.
The Aspire Ottawa Airport lounge entrance is on the right hand side just after gate 18.
We are adjacent to the departure gates, so only a 1-6 minute walk from the Aspire Ottawa Lounge to most departure gates.

Yes, you definitely can. But you must bring a few things with you to gain access.
If you’ve reserved a place at our Aspire Ottawa Airport Lounge and you are currently a Dragonpass Holder, Priority Pass Holder or some other bank cardholder scheme, you will be asked to present your card in addition to your confirmation upon arrival at the airport lounge.
Anyone who fails to provide a valid lounge access card will, unfortunately, be denied entry to the Aspire Ottawa lounge.
If you have reserved for more than one person, but do not have enough credits on your card for this on the day, you will be asked to pay the walk-up price at the lounge or you will be denied entry.
Please note, you must still reserve your place in our Aspire Airport Lounges as a Dragonpass Holder, Priority Pass Holder or a similar Airport lounge bank card scheme due to each lounge having a mandated person capacity.

Our Ottawa lounge team works hard to offer travellers a refined, interesting food and drink experience. We have a carefully selected menu of hot, nourishing meals prepared fresh daily. To provide Aspire travellers with variety, our menus are designed to reflect the seasonal changes in the Ottawa region of Canada.
Our aim is to serve you freshly prepared food with local and international flavours, ensuring our menus remain interesting and inviting all year round to Aspire travellers.
Of course, we serve fresh Danish pastries and croissants alongside the internationally recognised Lavazza brand of coffee to compliment your pastry choice. Our signature oatmeal and choc chip cookies are very popular with Aspire guests too and go great with hot coffee or tea.
A range of complimentary soft drinks, juices and alcoholic beverages are also available. Aspire Airport Lounges does operate a Fit2Fly policy which means we may remind you about alcohol consumption and your compliance required to safely board your flight.
Please always report allergies or special dietary requirements to an Aspire Lounge host for advice or assistance.
We do cater for vegetarian and gluten-free guests but please note we do not specifically cater for kosher, dairy-free or halal dining requirements.
Please note that some of our food items are only available at selected times of the day and alcohol will not be served to under 18s. On occasion you may be asked politely for your proof of age in order to comply with licencing laws.

The Aspire Salon Lounge at Ottawa International Airport is located airside, near Gate 18.
We are located approximately 5 minutes from most gates but here is a more detailed breakdown:
Gates 14–20 → 1–3 minutes
Gates 21–27 → 3–6 minutes
Gates 28–34 → 6–9 minutes
Our priority is to locate our Aspire airport lounges close to airline boarding gates to optimise convenience and time for our travellers. It makes the whole process of boarding your flight easier and stress free, so you can spend more time enjoying the amenities in our Aspire Ottawa Lounge.
It is always important to take into account how busy the airport terminal is as congestion can cause increased waiting times for lifts and access to boarding gates, so time to gate from the Aspire Ottawa lounge will vary.
